As you may know, Hawaii is transitioning to a fully electronic system by January 2017.
In anticipation of this transition, Chief Judge Cardoza of the Second Circuit of Hawaii has created a plan to implement the new system into current proceedings. This shall go into effect on March 1, 2016.
These changes will be on-going, and members are strongly encourages to provide feedback to the Court in order to ensure an easy and efficient transition.
Throughout 2016, feedback may be sent to MCBA, which will be forwarded to the Court.
